All trophies and wreaths are the property of the team. I get a copy of the trophy made for my own collection. The wreaths are proudly displayed at the workshop.

So do you organise and pay for the replica trophy, or does the team do that for you?

That’s the same deal that McLaren have, all trophies go to team, and the driver has an option of paying for a replica made (although Senna being Senna managed to keep one without giving it to Alain Prost after the result was changed!!).
So do you have a trophy room at the moment, Jamie?

Haha, yeah that Clipsal champion trophy was HUGE!!! Looked really heavy too.
Slightly off the Wreath topic here, but I loved the way you went straight for the girls on the podium when you sprayed the bubbly. Is it pretty nere wracking when you get up there and have to do a little speech? Next time you win (so, at EC) I reckon you should do a Schuey-jump for all us jamiewhincup.com members! The big Clipsal trophy we don’t get to keep, although if I needed it I could borrow it for a few weeks.
There is a big section in my contract about trophies and the team pay for a replica.
