I was flicking through my collection of v8 pics last night, having a chuckle at some of the not so glam kodak moments and saw some drivers faces that haven't been at the track for a few years. .Can anyone shed any light on the whereabouts of Darren Pate, Paul Romano, Dugal McDougall or the like?. Feel free to be creative with your replies.

Paul is now back working in the family building business. Caught up with him for a drink recently and he was loving life and not missing the pressure of racing one bit.

Larko is cattle farming.
WG is running a successful property devlopment business and also has a motorcycle parts distribution business.I keep in contact with the old boy…he gave me my first job in V8’s. He has a lovely wife Tony and two boys Remy and Luca who are now racing bikes.

A friend of mine sujests you write to Auto Action .. he’s sure some one there would be able to tell you … most likely Mark Fogerty ( Foges).. The other one to try would be Aust Muscle Car Magazine … hope this helps

Nah Waynes Dad helped set up the Motorcycle Accessories Business whilst WG was still racing bikes. They orginially had Waynes Mum, Dad, and sister all working it.

Dugal McDougall had a name change to Enrique Eslestavezz. He is now racing in the Spanish World…..Racing Cup……He has a wife and three children (Steve, Steven and Steph)
