My point of view it has been a great race and well done to whoever wins the great race

I think it goes without saying that Jamie, Craig, Dutto and the boys did a FANTASTIC job and were absolutely deserving winners!

Triple 8 becomes the third driver pairing to triple-crown the Mountain - and Jamie leap-frogs to the top of the Championship table. Woohoo!

lol i am here darren and i am sooo excited!!! got up at 6:30am watched the whole event, was beside myself when Garth got off the line! what a race. poor Shaini lol i can imagine her rolling her eyes etc lol!!!!

it was fantastic and i think it ran pretty well for our boys. Esp with Tander & Kelly pretty much out the game early. Great, although i was so nervous and screaming the whole race! But a dream come true, well done xox

It was a great race. Those last 30 laps had me so nervous I thought I was going to be sick and I now have no nails left from biting them. Craig & Jamie had such a perfect run the whole way through that I was waiting for something to happen to them. I kept thinking it can’t be this perfect for them…… BUT IT WAS!!!!

One of the best Bathurst races of recent times! Loved every second - ya, especially when Tander fizzled at the start; a good omen for our boys! Oh, and how impressive was Jamie to get from 15th to the top spot! Wow!!! Now we just gotta hope he stays at the top of the Championship table… fingers crossed and many positive thoughts and wishes to you to keep you there!!!

i had to hold myself back, every lap that T8 was in the lead i would think, oh great they have it in the bag… but then i would slap myself, realise that i have watched too many Bathurst 1000’s to know that it isnt over until you cross the time for the last time on lap 161….

i didnt let myself get too excited until murrays cnr on 161 only then did i get somewhat over the moon….

certainly wasnt as interesting/exciting as last years race, the last 30laps last year had me sitting on 10mm of couch….. This year not so much (from race point of view) but from hoping that CL & JW would do the 3-peat…. thats another storey…. WELL DONE BOYS & GIRLS OF TRIPLE EIGHT

Yes, I hav 2 admit i had a few tears as well coz it was such an exciting/happy/memorable/awesome finish 2 an awesome race!!! A Well Deserved Win!!!
