I am a little disappointed with the new format of V8 xtra feels like they are just trying to kill time. Some of the interviews also dont seem to give the drivers much scope or time to fully answer the questions posed.
Any thoughts?

I still say they need to bring back the V8 Superstars format. That way we got a true insight into drivers opinions etc.
AND… Channel Seven should maybe do a little bit more in depth interviewing prior to and after the races durng their coverage. To be totally honest, while the Carrera Cup and FFord are interesting, I would prefer to see more V8 Supercar specific content…

i miss v8 superstars, but i think channel 10 may have the rights to it. even if they went back to last years format it would be better.
maybe we should get a motorsport tv channel! then we could have jamie tv. ha ha anyone got a spare million?

I agree. I loved v8 superstars. I am finding that with v8 xtra I don’t tend to watch it religiously anymore.

I was only thinking the other day that it would be really good if they had a V8 show like the footy show go through rounds and drivers in depth plus having all the fun and shenanigans so you get to know and see the different sides to the drivers.

i like the old v8xtra
it was more enthusiastic and wasnt as boring as the new one
never seen the v8superstars coz wasnt watching v8s back then (it was my cricket addiction)
but think it sounds awsome and cool!
the footy show theme is exactly what we need!
