About Me
Hi, I live in the Barossa Valley in South Australia and work in spare parts for the local Ford dealer. I've been a mad Ford fan all my life- it runs in my family ever since my father and Uncles were racing speedway in Zephyrs before I was born.
Clipsal is the best 4 days of my year-its awesome. Unfortunately I don't get over to Bathurst as often as i did when I was younger, but I look forward to making the trip again soon. My favourite current drivers in the series are Jamie, Frosty and Will Davison- previous favourites included Dick, John Bowe and Marcos Ambrose.
Besides motor racing, im into most other sports, particularly footy (Aussie rules), cricket and basketball which i play. My interests include poker, photography, and listening to music, mainly rock/indie /alternative, and i especially enjoy seeing live bands.
Cheers.

LOL wow thats quite a hike for a concert, but it would have been well worth it, I would see them again for sure!! I was really surprised at just how good they are as a band, I haven’t seen them since Big Day Out a hundred years ago and I was really impressed with how they played with the songs instrumentally. I would have to agree with you, live, I preferred the acoustic, I thought his vocals were a lot stronger when he wasn’t running around trying to be a rock star lol.
Oh I just love Muse!! I have seen them many times, but when they came out earlier this year I didn’t end up going cos they played at Sydney Entertainment Centre, and every other time I’ve seen them (apart from festivals) they have played at Hordern Pavillion (which is a terrific, much smaller venue) and all the general admission tickets had sold out, I decided it wasn’t a concert I wanted to sit down and watch so I didn’t end up going, but I have regretted it ever since!! Was it the first time you saw them live?

Hey, not V8 related at all, but I went and saw Foo Fighters too, last night in Sydney. It was fantastic, I’m also having a moment with Everlong, and they did a great verson of Big Me, can’t get it out of my head!!

Oh, cool. Yeah I really regret not going to the Sydney show:( But oh well, they will come back!! They do put on a good show, every aspect. Yeah I was so surprised! I voted for it too, and I had my list printed out and as it closer to the end I had it pinned as not making it at all! As soon as I heard the voice on the radio (I think it was the bass player) I knew it was them… I was just glad it wasn’t silverchair… The Panics were fantastic, I would see them again for sure. You should go, it would be worth it!! Lucky you, the Chaser would be so funny.
