i'm Lauren,but you can call me Loz, and i'm new to the website, so i just wanted to say Hello and also ask you all, if you could go back in time what time period/ place would you visit and why. For me i would have to say either the 50's or Ancient Egypt.

Firstly, hi Loz…great to meet you.
When I first read you question, I thought that’s easy…I’d go back to the 16th of March 2003, the day my son was born…there’s so many things about that night I can’t remember and wish I could…
But then I think I’d just love to go back any time before technology and before life became so ‘busy’ to everyone…I think growing up back then would have been awesome….so much different.

Hiya Loz, pleased to meet you. Mmmm time travel, great question. I would love to go back to Ancient Greece, just to sit and listen to Socrates would be awesome. The greatest minds in history and to be able to hear the words come directly from them would be unbelievable.

this may be a bit nerdy but i would love to go back to 13th century england and meet Simon DeMountford .. he was a english born french man who became the effective king of england through his wife Elenore the sister of the king when the king was dethroned and parliment was in control… Simon made it possible for the comman man to have a say in Parliment ( the house of commens ) he was later killed by the kings eldest son to regain the throne for Henry …. a bit nerdy i know but of all the people i would love to go back in time to meet it would be the Simon he was a awesome person who believed that the comman man had the same rights as the nobility even though he was a lord and the brother in law of the king

a long time ago in a galaxy far far away,he he he,but seriously i’d love to go back to the 1700’s,when there was still alot more to discover about the world.and getting to explore the far ends of the earth was no meen feet in itself

I would love to live in the 1920’s and 1930’s. I am not sure exactly why especially since it was quite hard to survive economically.
Going back even further, I have always loved medieval stuff so would love to have met King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table Lol.
