The same thing has happened with my son on a few occasions. He gets so excited about meeting Craig and Jamie but as soon as they say hello he gets all shy and buries his head into me. They’re so great with kids though arn’t they. My son talks non-stop about the guys after meeting them and wants to show everyone his autographed posters on his bedroom wall.

(He has a huge soft spot for Nat Lowndes too. We’ve run into her on a few occasions away from the race track and she’s always so nice to him.)

Yeah they were great! We just got the photos printed, Dillon (my son) was so excited he was showing the lady at the photo shop who obviously had no idea who the people were in the shot!.

Sounds like you had a fantastic time Kate, that sounds awesome of the boys! Its great that they are so warm and welcoming! Especially towards the little kiddies and making their day even better! Sounds like Dillion has some great memories there!

I hope you do too Bryanna. I’ll never forget the first time I met Craig and the first time I met Jamie. I was on the biggest high all day!

I met Craig and Jamie for the first time at Indy last year and they were great.

People were trying to get signatures through the fence but it was too hard so jamie came out from behind the fence and craig followed. This was after Jamie hadn’t had the best of days and he was still willing to talk to everyone.

I admire Jamie for that.

We (My 3yr old daughter and I) went to the GP on friday. Caught up with craig and he picked mikayla up to say hi and for a photo. well, he tried talking to her, and she wouldnt look at him, wouldnt turn her head at all. lol. little dear went all shy. But it was short lived, craig asked mikayla to help him with the autograph session, so craig took her to the desk, and sat her between himself and jamie. well boy did she love that. I even went away from the desk to get a photo with jamie, and mikayla just stayed there with craig. was awsome. i will have to upload some video footage i took of her just hanging out with the boys lol.
she hasnt been able to stop talking about it, and we got her photos printed today! couldnt wait to show nannie when she came to visit this afternoon!

SO THE BIGGEST EVER THANK YOU TO CRAIG AND JAMIE! YOU GUYS ARE JUST AMAZING! I CANNOT SPEAK HIGHLY ENOUGH OF YOU!

oh - and when craig put mikayla up there, jamie got talking to her too. lol. and then when he signed her poster - it looked as though he couldnt help himself but to do some doodling and drew a picture on there for her! So funny!

haha - yea she has a cute way of saying it hey! and its funny, when she refers to the boys, it always craig lowndes and jamie. lol. on friday i asked her (infront of craig mind you) if she would like craig lowndes to draw on her tshirt. i felt like a goose refering to him by his full name in front of him. lol. will have to teach her, his name is craig. lol.

Lindy she is far to cute! my daughter has just worked it all out it is funny as. Craig is cwaig rowndes and Jamie Whinchup! she wants her photo taken too now. will see about sandown!.

also there was another guy there during the signing session who took my photo and was helping the kids climb up on the chair with the guys. not sure who he was but he deserves a thanks too
