Bathurst 2008, I am planning to make a solo trip over this year from NZ and would like to know how to meet up with others at a loose end, I need hardy party ford freinds while Im on tour, looking at staying at tent city???. any info would be great

Also just wondering if there are any Bathurst residence that would be interested in a border for sum extra coin for the weekend????? Open to all offers and advise @ the moment

Chris, try and contact Bathurst City Council. Last year when a group of us went, we rented someone’s house for the week-end. It’s expensive, but when you work it out across a group, it’s not too bad. Not something you’d want to do on your own, but maybe they can help put you in touch with someone who’s willing to share for the week-end? Not exactly tent-city though… (my dad won’t let me camp on the mountain… lol)
