i am going for the first time this year!

Mind you, i will have to travel to get there. lol.

but if jamie and/or craig are in contention to take out the title, i cant miss it! i have to be there!!!!!!

Yea im not gonna miss it for anything. But what should i get? The three day general admission with the paddock pass? Thats wat im thinking but should i get a grandstand as well?

Maybe we could all group together and secure a great place to watch it from i know a great spot we sit there every year and get front row for the presentation

Yep pretty much its one of the best tracks for spectators shame that they are closing it

Personally I like to take some chairs, an esky and park myself on the hill at the last turn. Your able to see everything from there, and watching the cars come over the dogs leg and down into that dipper is sensational. Some of the best passing moves.

Make sure you go with a group, cause then while someone keeps your spot safe you can take it in turns to hit up the merchandise area, and then walk about 5mins to Pit Lane.

Either the grand stand or at the dog leg. If you head over the back of the circuit to the dog led watch how light the cars get as they go over the top!

I would say either at turn 2 or last turn would do it. Back when I used to be out in the crowd, they were my spots. The only disadvantage for turn 2 is you’re far away from everything! You need to walk half way around the track to get to the merchandising/food area and nearly ALL the way around to get to pit lane. But it is really cool to watch them battle over turn 2 and fly over the bridge!

If you wanna take good photo’s and that I’d sit near the fence, that’s most likely what I’ll be doing seeing as i have my new camera.

In 2006 I was in between 9 and 10. It was a good place to be because you could almost see the hole track.
