FPR - Tim Edwards

Sanchez is deeply disappointed!. Sanchez was lying comfortably in his lepoard skin bean bag enjoying the telecast when Tim Edwards appears and makes his delusional comments about Jamie….."Driving like a lunatic as usual" . Sanchez thinks this man should take a good long hard look at his own driver as his comments are hypocritcal at best. Either that or Tim the Tosser should clean his glasses.

What about Steve Richard lunatic move on Craig………………Tim has a very short memory!!!!!!!!.

Sanchez says FPR are throwing plenty of mud around at the moment and it isnt doing anybody any good. Sanchez thinks that FPR should head back to kindergarten where thier behaviour and comments would be acceptable. Factory Team…….NOT. Sore Loosers………YES.

I have been thinking about all of this - and this is what i have come up with.
HRT and FPR are the “main” teams of v8 supercar racing. And for some reason they seem to get away wth a lot more then the rest of the field in regards to not being penalised, but having other drivers be penalised when there is an involvement with them.
Could there be some kind of favortism, or money being swapped somewhere?
Jsut seems to suss for me.

just a thought

It is dissapointing 2 c ford teams come together lyk that, but that is racing. I think u will find that being the team manager that his first reaction was 2 blame some1 else, but most team managers do. He probably looked at it twice and thought, hang on it was partly my drivers fault as well.

Sanchez thinks that your comment is fair Blake but once Edwards the d*@#h@#$ had opened his mouth on televison in front of a few million people it was too late to think twice. If he is as professional as he likes people to believe he is then he should reserve his comments and let Thomas Mezera decide who the lunatics are.

Yea i suppose. There was no need 2 accuse jamie of being in the wrong. He couldve just said i need 2 look at sum more footage b4 i make up my mind, or even take sum of the blame lyk jamie.

yes - well what does roland dane do? he waits to make a comment doesnt he? unless of course it was quite clear that someone else was at fault!

man these team vodafone fellas really know how to be respectable - the true gentlemen of the sport!

Sanchez, I agree with everything you have said. But add to that frosty’s name as well! He was the one that pushed Whinners off the track in the first place! FPR are becoming a lot more whingy of recent times, and i believe its simply jealousy! They believe they should be on top cause are the “factory team” but team vodafone constantly beats them! Instead of laying the blame on everyone else, cop some of it yourself for once, Jamie is man enough to do so why cant they! Similar comments were made by Rick Kelly towards Jamie as well - humm hilarious considering he won a championship by punting someone off the track!

yes - it seems as though everyone does have it in for the vodafone boys hey! i cant understand why though? they are such decent guys off the track, and dont drive as if they want everyone off the track.
is it because they are a good team, and will no doubt be in contention for the championship at the end of the season?

stupid really :S

I agree Lindy, I think its the mentality if you cant beat them, punt them off, whinge about them and try and darken their name - that wont stop our boys though. Hopefully we will have the last laugh with the championship at the end of it all! It seems everyone is really starting to have gos at each now that they are able to talk more to the media!

Yea i agree lindy, especially when ford teams are turning on them. Im getting increasingly frustrated heaing things lyk, ” craig lowndes is the dirtiest driver out there” and ” team vodafone think they can push every1 out of the way”…It unfortunately is becoming a series regular, and if this is what the sport turns into ( drivers whinging about everything other then themselves ) then i will b very upset.

Freedom of speech is a good thing….for the drivers that is, the Team Managers need to take a more responsible role IMO.

i think the ford boys should all at least try to get along. if you are going to say bad stuff about other drivers, leave it for the holdens!

I think FORD themselves need to have a good hard look at who they are putting their money behind. Im sorry to say but FPR have never done real well. Hence why Craig left. These comments by FPR and the drivers are only discrediting the FORD name.

FPR are just jealous that they arent doing well. Maybe if they stopped whinging and started concentrating on their own race rather then worrying about Team Vodafone all the time they might get somewhere in this championship, but at the moment with the poor attitude they have they will lose alot of respect and alot of fans if they keep going the way they are.

As for the incident, from what I seen, Jaime actually was in front ant stupid Frosty wanted to go on with it. I mean it was a non championship round, who in their right mind would fight over a position that wasnt going to give you any points. Frosty should have backed out of it and then maybe make a pass later on down the track. He had no one else to blame but himself.

Jaime im a bit dissappointed that you took some of the blame. YOU WEREN’T AT FAULT.

Honestly it was the worst V8 spectucle i have ever watched. It was rather dissappointing.

FORD should pull money from FPR & throw it DJR’s way, would prefer a deserving team with the funds!!!!

sick and tired of frosty & richo whinging how everybody else takes them out because they are the best drivers & team! LOL what a joke!!

margaret i actually believe that Jamie was in the right too, but as he said he didnt see him, race control made a decision so he must have been in the wrong. I think that Jamie coming and and saying what he did needs to be applauded even the commentators where shocked that he took the blame.
