Hi Tania, not usually. Most people these days realise that it’s not a ‘lifestyle’ or something you have any choice about.
It’s a bit like preferring Ford over Holden! No one could ever convince me that Holden is better than Ford, or that the colour brown is a better colour than blue. It’s just how I am.
However, there is the occasional extreme person out there , so that’s why I haven’t put my photo on this profile. That, plus the slight risk of identity fraud.
It’s nice to have apparently been accepted on this forum, although I have noticed that it is mostly women that have sent ‘friend requests’ to me. There is still some way to go before gays are fully accepted. There is still some stigma attached.
