Post Race Report - Sandown 500
Well what can I say, I left home 11 days ago knowing this trip would play a major role in this year’s Championship. I couldn’t be happier, or prouder, of my Team for winning 3 out of the 4 races, and 4 out of the last 5 to setup what I believe is our Championship to now win or lose.
Post Race Report - Symmons Plains 2011
Symmons Plains was always going to be a crucial weekend and I could not be happier right now.
Pre Race Report - Symmonds Plains 2011
Roll off Gold Coast and on to Symmons Plains as we plan our attack on what feels like the beginning of the end. As my Head Engineer, Dutto tells it “this is finals footy time!”
Post Race Report - Gold Coast 600
What a weekend! Although of course I would have loved to get two wins I am thrilled with the outcome. Two pole positions with a first and a second has put me back in the lead for the championship and I couldn’t be happier.
Pre Race Report - Gold Coast 600
The week hasn’t started the way we all would have liked it to after hearing the devastating news about Indy Car Legend Dan Wheldon who tragically died on Sunday, my thoughts are with his family and friends.

Post Race Report - Bathurst 2011
I can’t help but feel frustrated after such a great lead up. Thommo and I really tried hard this weekend and for the end result to be 21st is upsetting to say the least. What also makes it hard to take is that we have lost the lead in the championship.
Pre Race Report - Bathurst 2011
I can’t believe it is the first week of October already, and as we all know this weekend’s race at Bathurst is without doubt the year’s biggest and most popular.
Post Race Report - Phillip Island 2011
What a day for our team, we are extremely happy with the outcome. To win any race is hard work but for a single team to come first and second is a huge effort and one we are always really proud of.
Pre Race Report - Phillip Island 2011
This weekend we head off to Phillip Island which, in my opinion, is one of the best circuits in the country. It is also the start of what I call Chapter 2 of 3 in the Championship.
Pre Race Report - Ipswich 2011
It’s been a long five week break since Townsville and since then I have only had one day in the car which was one of our designated test days. As you can imagine I am absolutely busting to get back in the seat today to cut some laps!
Here We Go Again
In some way it only feels like yesterday when we finished last year’s championship in Sydney but at the same time I had a fantastic break with friends and family on the Murray River water skiing over Christmas and the New Year. The batteries are fully charged and ready to go!
Pre Tasmania Blog
The Team and I feel good. We of course carry some confidence into the weekend from Bathurst and the Gold Coast and have also had some great results down here in the past.
The Mountain Is Calling
For me, Mt Panorama has been the place that I have experienced some huge up’s and down. From big crashes to three wins in a row it’s always an extremely tough day.
Back On Track
I had a great break and got an opportunity to slow down a bit, have a rest and recharge the batteries for the run to the flag. I also got the chance to step back and take a birds eye view on the start of the year and work out what our strengths and weaknesses were.
J-Dub Down But Not Out
A brake line failure ended Jamie Whincup’s blistering form over his competitors at the Sucrogen Townsville 400.
Pre Townsville Blog
Going back 12 months, Townsville did themselves proud hosting a massive sporting event for the people in far north Queensland who in my opinion have been starved of V8 racing for a long time.
Pre Winton Blog
This weekend we head to Winton raceway that is located in central Victoria beside a small country town called Benalla. The tight little track is somewhat important to our championship as it gives variety.
Shocking Ipswich Round.
Clearly I am disappointed and angry about the result, however we still lead the battle. We tackled another major challenge this weekend, although we have no silverware to show for our efforts, the most important thing is we showed the TeamVodafone spirit.
