This was discussed in chat today and i thought it was a good idea
David aka HLM has a challenge for us all to see if we can beat his home loan deal ( i personaly dont think it can be done )
So here's the deal see if you can find a better deal and if you can i'm sure HLM will beat it for us special people ………….
HLM will need to post his rate on here but start searching and see what you can find ….

Well……….. given the interest rates have come down by 1% from the reserve bank, i will look into this and get back to you all next Tuesday from my return from Bathurst.
Stay tuned till then and i will have something that cant be beaten.
