hummm of course yours would be up there Jamie, but I was completely in love with the pirtek ba falcon! That was a pretty car and obvisouly the better electrical ba falcons! No particular year they all looked pretty schmick too me!

Plus they ALL look the same these days… and they are all just a shell.

Back in the day they were all fair dinkum cars that all had their own style…

there is a Mach 3 for sale in Harcourt at the mustang reco place, was driving pst it every day for the last two weeks, i told myself more than once to keep driving!

I love the old XY GT the big tanks, but they are soo dear to buy now, we are trying to get our hands on one to restore but no luck so far

great topic j-dub… a tough one. Overall the best looking car…looks, shape and paint ? hmmm… so many great cars over the years. Have to agree with Rachael - Allan Moffat’s Coca-Cola Trans-AM Mustang is without doubt a work of absolute art. An absolute show-stopper. The Bowden family are lucky people to have this missile sitting in their garage.

I said in another thread on here that i have a soft spot for Jim Richards’ 1985/6 JPS BMW 635. When i was a wee boy this car was virtually unbeatable. I might be wrong but I think Jimmy still holds the record for the most consecutive ATCC victories with this car - I think it was 7 straight in 1985 ??

In terms of a car that looks fast - the Ford Sierra RS500 was a great looker. In terms of the best looking sierra (god there was so many) probably Dick’s 89 Bathurst winner. I also thought the A9X Torana 2 door Touring car was a horn looking thing (most Group C cars where !!)

In terms of V8 Supercars - the BF is probably the best looking bit of gear yet. Especially in Vodafone 2008 colours !
