Craig crossing the line in first made my day!!!!!

By far the best moment was the last millisecond when Jamie and CL picked up the triple. That is just priceless and incredibly difficult to achieve in the modern, proper parity era.

Probably the next best thing was all Skaife’s efforts in assisting Ford to another victory.

Just think about the significance of there only being Ford badges on the Peter Brock Trophy. Holden will be SEETHING!

The boys winning was by far the best moment followed closely by the Tander stuff ups .. yes i said ups as there was more than one .. then Rick Kelly going out in the sweetest justice i’ve seen in a long time

It’s so easy to dislike HRT isn’t it!

The lack of impact on the race from Tander/Skaife was a big shock, on paper those two should have been a big chance. The start was a highlight for Ford fans !

I reckon the best bit was Craig exiting the chase heading down to Murrays on that last lap, knowing he can’t be beaten, just taking in those few seconds of ‘ jesus, they ARE actually going to do this’…..

It was actually quite tame for a Bathurst, Craig and Jamie had everything pretty much under control from the second stint.

Yeah, When it got to abou tlap 159 I was thinking, hey end of the race, they can accutly do this, then at the chase, I started to clap, just like in that farmiluar clutch slip for HRT on the grid.

Obvisouly Lowndsey crossing the finish line to take three in a row was just a phenomenal moment and yes I may have been a little teary eyed at this stage. Okay maybe a lot teary eyed.

Tanders fantastic start was also up there Rock on Tander! (hehehe sorry had to get another jibe in there).

Max Wilson and Brad Jones was a highlight yes they are Holden but “WOW” where did they come from (hehe sad joke but anyway)!

Had to feel for Frosty though when Courtney passed them for the podium, the tears in his eyes made the heart break just a little!

But what a great day for Jamie and Craig once again Congrats boys! You both deserve it!

best bit? Craig crossing the finish line, Tander and skafie stuffing up and all the crazyness happening in pit lane lol good laugh hahaha

Honourable mention to Steve Richards for hanging on like a trooper in that last stint in a car that was fresh out of rear tyres, looked like he should have been in a drifting comp !!!

But he did do a great job of holding up Murphy just long enough for Craig to create a nice comfy gap and bring it home without being overly pested by Murphy.

FPR had an out of sorts kinda day, they just didnt seem to totally get it together.

My favorite moments - watching Tander stuff it at the start and just sitting there, Skaife hitting the wall and then Frosty/Richo’s car falling apart at the end - not a fan of Frosty & Richo and besides it means Jamies back on top of the championship points. Glad James Courtney & Dave Besnard came 3rd - great fight back.

they had slipped into the pack a bit, and to make it to the podium
is a fairly good effort.

It goes without saying that my ultimate, absolute FAVOURITE moment was of course Craig crossing that line in 1st place.

The opening seconds were fantastic; I was nearly hoarse before any car had arrived at Turn One!

The other side of that is how remarkable it was that no-one collected the crippled Car 1 on their way past. Could have easily been a tragic outcome for Tander and others. The cars from the rear of the grid have some serious pace by the time they are upon a car stranded at Grid 1. Remember (Morris?) in the Big Kev Holden when the car was incinerated on a grid somewhere? Scary… Also gave rise to a classic Auto Action cover with the blazing headline “I’m IGNITED!”

Craig and Jamie winning but the best two were Tander stuffing up and Skaife hitting the wall. If Craig and Jamie hadnt won I would be happy with the stuff ups from HRT
