What do you think about Bathurst Being a enduro and sprint round, like of difrent weekens. I like it just being an enduro. I think if it was a sprint it would ruin the hole feel of going to Bathurst.

I agree. Keep it as an enduro only. It will ruin the whole feel of bathurst

I agree as well. Keep it as a enduro, it will destroy the special feel that bathurst has. On the other hand bring back the 500 to sandown. It is a great opener to bathurst.

it has been done before in 1996, i found the atmosphere to be good,after all, it is bathurst

Changing Bathurst from 1000k’s to a sprint round would be like running the Melbourne Cup for greyhounds…
A sprint round at Bathurst was canned about 10 years ago due to the cost of staging the round and the amount of equipment etc for TV for (just) a sprint round up there. I think.

With so much infrastructer sitting there all year I cant understand why they have never link Conrod straight and Mountain straight together. There is plenty of land at the back of the pits make a short circuit you could turn left on mountain put a great connecting road running parallel to the main straight with the natural undulation of the land you could a great drivers crcate that could be used all year round

If they alter the track for a sprint round - that’d be pretty cool and then have the enduro as per normal.
As long as the enduro stays - I’m all for increased use of Mt Pano! If it was just a sprint - it’d ruin the vibe…
